E Space Communications has created this privacy policy in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for www.cualert.com.

We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Web site. We use cookies to pass information between web pages on this site during a session. The use of cookies is not optional and if cookies are disabled on your client browser, this site will not function correctly.

What do we gather?

This site must by its nature record information about its participants. The data stored about each participant includes, but is not limited to:

• Name
• Employer
• Work Email Address (personal email optional)
• Work Phone Number (personal phone/mobile number optional) for phone calls only
• Mobile SMS/Texting (requires specific opt-in by the employee and supports opt-out at any time)

Security

To protect the information you provide us about yourself, all information is stored on a secured server inside a protected database. The information in this database is restriced only to those personnel who have a "need to know".

Choice/Opt-Out

Any client may elect to remove all information about a contact at any time. This is done via the administrative control panel by editting the contact and typing over their data. The data is purged from the automatic backups via normal rotation.

Any client employee may update or remove their own contact information at any time. This is done via a administrative page accessible through their personal login credentials. Anyone may opt-out of SMS messaging at any time by replying STOP to any received message.

If a client wishes to have all information about their company and their employees removed from the system, they may do so via the administrative panel or by contacting the CUAlert Security officer. Removal of this data will prevent the system from functioning.

Correct/Update

If the information about a client or participant is incorrect, the site administrator can modify it at anytime via the administrative control panel. Likewise, the participant may also modify their own contact information at any time via an administrative page.
